Setup Aircraft From Template

Push the '+' button in the top right corner of the opening screen. Select your aircraft model from the selectable list and push 'new'. This will open the Aircraft Setup window for your aircraft model. You will need to enter information in the following fields for your specific aircraft. 

N-Number - Enter the tail number for the desired aircraft

Empty Wt - Enter the current empty weight and moment for the desired aircraft.

BOW (Basic Operating Weight) - Add items to the BOW list that always remain in the aircraft (survival kit, part, tools, etc.).

Verify all other information in the setup field matches the information in your aircraft AFM. Push 'Save' and you are finished.

Setup a Custom Aircraft

N-Number - Enter your aircrafts tail number.

Model - Enter your aircraft model name.

Fwd CG Limits - This is where you will enter the points that make up the forward CG (center of gravity) envelope for your aircraft. The easiest method for entering this information is to start at the top of the CG envelope. Push 'Add Limit' button. Enter the maximum aircraft weight and corresponding forward CG limit and push 'Done'. Push 'Add Limit' again. This will add another CG Limit line. Enter the information for the next lower CG point. Continue adding CG Limit lines until you reach the lowest aircraft weight. If the forward CG is a single straight line your should have two CG limits to represent this line, one for the upper limit and one for the lower limit. You can add as many CG Limit lines as required for you aircraft.

CG Limits can be entered in any order and they will automatically be sorted from highest to lowest weight. 

Aft CG Limits - Same as Fwd CG Limits but is aft CG Limit points for the CG envelope.

Empty Wt - Enter the current empty weight and moment for the desired aircraft.

BOW (Basic Operating Weight) - Add items to the BOW list that always remain in the aircraft (survival kit, part, tools, ect.).

Max T.O. Wt - Enter the maximum Takeoff Weight for your aircraft.

Max Ramp Wt - Enter the maximum Ramp Weight for your aircraft. If you leave this blank if your aircraft does not have a max ramp weight.

Fuel #Gals/Arm - Enter the maximum usable fuel in gallons and the fuel station arm.

Fuel Tab Level - If you aircraft has a tab fuel level enter the number of gallons in one tank at the tab level. If your aircraft does not have a tab level you can either enter the max fuel for the tank or any other quantity that you often fuel to. This fuel quantity will be selectable with an onscreen button. This field can also be left blank.

Taxi Burn lbs - Enter the quantity of fuel in pounds burned during normal taxi for takeoff. This is used in the report to show actual takeoff weight.

Seat Positions - Push '+' and add information for every seat station your want to be able to manipulate. Setting a standard weight will allow you to quickly set the items standard weight by double tapping on the item in the program. 

Baggage / Storage - Same as Seat Position except for any baggage and storage locations in your aircraft.
